Our Chef / Patron Michael, will propose a menu featuring the best produce of the day, from our neighboring farms and markets within the region. Creating a menu chosen solely by him & his team, depending on your dislikes and allergy requirements. Our Sommelier will choose complementing wines by the glass to accompany each dish, if desired. The choice is yours entirely
